Air Soother Support
Find some answers to the most frequently asked questions about our soothers.
How do I clean my Closer to Nature® soother?
Warm, soapy water will do the job. All our soothers are steriliser safe too, but that’s up to you:)
How often should I change my child’s soother?
We advise to change your soother every 4-weeks to make sure that it’s always clean and healthy and to throw away at any first sign of damage. Also, keep an eye on the age stage guidance on pack - as your little one grows they’ll want a larger teat on their soother to keep them happy.
There’s water left in the soother after sterilising, is this normal?
Yep, perfectly normal. There’s a tiny air hole in the teat and water can get in there. Just squeeze it out before use, ideally using teat tongs to keep everything sterile.
Watch our Tops Tips for sterilising video for a guide on how to do this.
